On January 21st, Commissioner of Planning David Church discussed a tri-county housing needs assessment that will be released shortly. The report projects housing needs in Dutchess, Orange and Ulster counties for residents who earn 80-120% of median household income - about $70,000 per year. The study breaks needs down by municipality, age group and rental vs. ownership.
